CCIM Deal of The Year Submission CCIM Deal of The Year Δ Step 1 of 2 50% CCIM Deal of The Year - 2025The Deal of the Year Award is designed to recognize the best commercial real estate deals that were marketed through the CCIM New Mexico Deal Making Session. CCIM New Mexico will recognize the two deals best exemplifying the CCIM organization and the skills needed to complete a successful transaction: creativity, professionalism, ingenuity and an effective marketing strategy. The Deal of the Year Award will recognize both listing and selling broker in the transaction and application can be submitted by either party. The two categories being recognized are: • Transactions completed under $1 Million. • Transactions completed at $1 Million and above. If you are interested in applying for The Deal of the Year Award, please complete the following survey and attach the original marketing package that was presented at a CCIM New Mexico Deal Making Session. To qualify, the deal needs to have closed between the months of August 2024 and July 2025. You may enter as many properties as you would like, but a separate application must be completed for each. The deadline for the application submission is October 10, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Applications submitted after that time will not be considered. Criteria: • Broker must currently be a CCIM New Mexico or CARNM member as well as a member at the time the property was presented and sold; • Property must have sold between August 2024 and July 2025; • Property must have been presented at a CCIM New Mexico Deal Making Session; • Award will be evaluated based on a series of short questions. Each answer is weighted; please be as detailed as possible. No answer is to short or to long. Brevity is encouraged. CCIM Dealmakers Award The CCIM Dealmakers Award program honors and celebrates the exceptional accomplishments of CCIM designees in five critical commercial real estate (CRE) sectors: Industrial, Office, Specialty, Retail, and Multifamily. This award elevates the profiles of CCIM professionals by recognizing their outstanding contributions to the industry, showcasing their innovative strategies, and highlighting their impact on local, regional, and national markets. Winners of the New Mexico CCIM Deal of The Year award will be automatically considered for the CCIM Dealmakers Award if they meet the following criteria: CCIM Dealmakers Award Criteria: • Applicants must hold an active CCIM Designation and maintain good standing with The CCIM Institute; • Eligible transactions must align with one of the five designated categories: Industrial, Office, Multifamily, Retail, or Specialty; • Only transactions completed between January 1 and July 31 of 2025 are eligible for submission.
